How We’re Supporting Youth in Our Grand Community
Blue Valley Ranch
The Blue Valley Ranch Youth Fund was established to provide financial assistance to Grand County youth for education, activities, opportunities, and more. These grant funds are available to full time residents of Grand County youth between the ages of birth and 18 years of age and was made possible by a generous donation from Blue Valley Ranch.
GAP Fund for Youth
The G.A.P. Fund for Youth was established to provide financial assistance with participation fees for non-academic activities to full time resident Grand County youth up to 18 years of age. The G.A.P. Fund for Youth assists with all participation fees for sporting activities, ski school, soccer, hockey, leadership camps, Washington DC, France & Costa Rica trips offered by the schools, day camp and after school program costs, and much more. A third of the funds go to Grand Beginnings day care scholarships for Grand County Kids.
Opportunity for Youth Fund
The Opportunity for Youth Fund helps provide financial assistance to young people whose families’ financial means do not allow them to pay for activities for which the young person has earned the right to participate. The fund supports all activities for kids including theatre, leadership camps, school years abroad, school field trips, training for dyslexia, and high school trips to DC, Costa Rica, France, and so much more.
