- Affiliated company/organization

- Email address
- Credit card information
- Information regarding how the donor heard about us
How We Use Donor Information
The Grand Foundation uses the other personal information provided by donors for recordkeeping and reporting purposes.
We like to show our sincere appreciation by recognizing our donors by name in our annual report. We do not publish the names of donors who requested to contribute anonymously.
If you make a donation to a fund, your name, contact information, and gift amount may be shared with the fund advisor unless you request otherwise.
Information We Disclose
The Grand Foundation does not sell, rent, lease or otherwise share donors’ personal information with third parties except in the ways previously outlined. Details about donations may be shared with the IRS for tax purposes, but this information will not be publicly disclosed.
How We Protect Donor Information
The Grand Foundation takes a variety of administrative and technical measures to secure the privacy of donor information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee that our security measures are 100% foolproof and may not be compromised.
The Grand Foundation is grateful for all donations received in support of our efforts to improve the quality of life in Grand County. Due to the nature of charitable donations, we are generally not able to grant refunds for donations. However, if you believe that your donation was made in error or was not authorized, please contact us.
